Yes — we currently export to USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, UAE, Australia, Germany, France, and many other countries. We handle all export documentation, customs paperwork, and packaging. Shipping is typically via air freight (5–10 days) or sea freight (3–6 weeks) depending on order size.

Absolutely — this is a major part of our business. We can carve custom blocks for your designs, mix custom colour palettes, add your branding labels, and produce in your specified packaging. Custom design typically requires a higher MOQ and longer lead time. Share your brief and we'll send you a detailed proposal.

For new clients, we typically work with 50% advance and 50% before shipment. For established clients, we offer more flexible terms. We accept bank wire transfers (TT), and for some markets, alternative payment methods. All payments are confirmed in writing with proper invoicing.

Lead times vary by product and order size. Stock items: 2–3 weeks. Custom production: typically 4–8 weeks. Large private-label orders: 6–10 weeks. Because everything is handmade, we recommend planning ahead — but we always communicate timelines clearly upfront and keep you updated throughout.

Yes — we encourage it. We can ship fabric swatches, small product samples, and our printed catalogue to your address. Sample costs and shipping fees are nominal and often credited back against your first bulk order.
